Plainview N.Y. May, 2013 - PURESAFE WATER SYSTEMS, INC. (OTCBB: PSWS) ANNOUNCES ETG/ ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP,INC. COMPLETES THE ENGINEERING PACKAGE

Leslie Kessler, CEO of PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. a publicly held US company traded on the OTCBB, announced that the proposed engineering package created in a strategic alliance between PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (PSWS) and ETG/Engineering Technologies Group, Inc. has been fully completed. This is a key milestone for PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (PSWS) and a major step in the Company’s ability to meet the anticipated demand for its first response water system. This full documentation of the system is critical with respect to manufacturing optimization, effective cost control, quality assurance, delivery and field commissioning protocols and product support. It will also serve as a platform for further product and application development. The engineering package will give us the ability to outsource the assembly of our product to multiple locations both domestically and internationally. The final engineering package is an integral component in the sales and marketing initiative of the Company, as well, as providing awareness to the Company’s product(s) through mainstream media.

PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (PSWS) has a unique patented mobile water filtration system that was designed to be both an emergency response water filtration system, as well as, a permanent solution where drinkable water is not available. The self-contained and self-powered PureSafe System can be mobilized to a site and within 30 minutes will be producing drinking quality water from flood waters, surface and fresh water, desalinating ocean and/or brackish waters. This mid range, 30,000 gallon per day system has also found a huge application in known contaminated water sources where water clarity, water borne disease and high bacteria content exist, and where mobile, self-contained systems are applicable to bring clean water to the population wherever they are located. The system can dispense water in bulk, by container or in half liter plastic bags to suit the situation.

The PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (PSWS) product is one of the most “versatile” mobile, self contained systems available on the market due to its patented assemblage of multiple filtration technologies all within one system. This allows the patented First Response Water System to immediately begin desalinating salt water during a catastrophe, only to be deployed to a separate location within minutes to clean bacteria from a public water or fresh water source with no equipment changes needed.

Kessler further states that “when disasters strike and areas in the world need potable water, PureSafe is now positioned to meet the needs anywhere, anytime. In the critical seconds and minutes after a disaster strikes, PureSafe can make the difference between life and death”.

Plainview N.Y. April 28, 2013 - PURESAFE WATER SYSTEMS, INC. (OTCBB: PSWS)
SHAREHOLDER LETTER 2013

Dear Shareholders,

I would like to bring you up to date on the progress PureSafe has made during the last several quarters to position itself from a development company into a commercial enterprise going forward. Despite huge financial challenges of the past and present, I am pleased to say that we have accomplished many positive and exciting things, all of which reflect management's commitment to make PureSafe into a profitable business and a leader in the field of water filtration products.

Among the many accomplishments and strategic decisions recently made, I note the following:

* We successfully sold, manufactured, and delivered three (3) machines into prime markets, including the State of Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. The system is part of the State's emergency response plan and is located in greater Anchorage. The commissioning and start-up of this unit is taking place in the month of April and we should derive some excellent test results validating our system as well as to use this installation as an excellent reference for other similar agencies across the country and get some positive publicity as a result.

We delivered a unit to the Government of Mexico, State of Veracruz. This system will also be used to assist in poor municipal water conditions and disaster relief. Although commissioned, further training and start-up services are being planned to assure satisfaction with the unit and to serve as a reference site internationally.

And lastly, we delivered a jumbo unit to a private Oil and Gas Drilling Contractor whose intention it is to use the PureSafe unit in purifying drilling mud and water in combination of a primary system he has already perfected. Although this application is somewhat out of our focused application area, it offers a great presence in the emerging oil and gas drilling market for frac water recycling and filtration and the like.

    • PureSafe was fortunate in engaging the investment banking firm of Dominick and Dominick to act as our financial advisors and to assist us in raising capital for present and future operating needs. Their reputation as one of the leaders in bringing forth emerging companys will go a long way to securing the much needed capital we seek. Their technical advise in restructuring and cleaning up the financial affairs will also aid in the positive direction of PureSafe.
  • * Similarly, Puresafe was able to create strategic alliances with a sales and marketing entity and an engineering firm. Global Equipment Marketing, Inc.(GEM) will take over all the sales and marketing of the PureSafe product line worldwide through its existing and developing dealer network, through alliances with sales consultants such as Martin Torrey from Captain's Consultants, representatives, and by direct sales. GEM will be compensated only from the sales it makes. ETG/Engineering Technologies Group, Inc. was engaged to complete a engineering package to completely reverse engineer and document the PureSafe product so that it can be more easily outsourced and manufactured in the fastest and cost effective manner. ETG will also be compensated as machines are sold.

    * The Board of Director's have been strengthened by the appointment of Terry Bischoff, who served as Chief Executive Office of the American Red Cross in Greater New York form January 2004 to September 2010. She previously served as President of NYU Medical Center during her last six years of her tenure from 1984 to 2004. During her tenure at NYU she also served as Chair of the Association of American Medical Colleges and the Greater New York Hospital Association. Theresa Bischoff also serves as a Board member of the Israel Discount Bank of New York and Mutual of America Capital Management Corporation. Although John Gibbs needed to resign this year because of conflicts in a new job assignment he took in Emergency Management for the Commonwealth of MA, Terry Bischoff, together with Dr. Stephen Flynn, world renowned expert in Disaster Recovery and Homeland Security, will be providing strong guidance in the application areas we seek to excel in.

Further Board nominations from the financial and management perspective will take place in 2013.

In closing, with the worldwide focus on water and the undeniable need to be ready for both natural and man made disasters and emergencies, PureSafe is well positioned. As a growing company, our challenges going forward will be different than the past but no less significant, however, with our strengthening team, I believe we are poised to become market leaders.

Also, as we go forward, it is my intention to keep our shareholders well aware of the progress we are making through both press releases and letters such as this.

Money Raised - We raised $412,270 from investors and $ 768,500 from debt financing for a total of $1,180,770

Thank you for your confidence and support.

It is also my intention to introduce PureSafe to the Corporate Council on Africa (where I am a member) to determine which African nations will be most interested in moving quickly to secure PureSafe mobile units for their needy populations. My goal is to introduce PureSafe and its product to highly probable customers both domestically and abroad to secure orders (in parallel) as PureSafe moves forward with ETG and GEM.”

Plainview N.Y. March 20, 2013 - PURESAFE WATER SYSTEMS, INC. (OTCBB: PSWS) RETAINS DOMINICK & DOMINICK LLC AS ITS STRATEGIC ADVISOR

PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (“PureSafe”) reported today that it has retained Dominick & Dominick LLC (“Dominick”), a New York City based investment banking and private wealth management firm, to act as the Company’s strategic financial advisor, as the Company looks to increase production of their mobile water purification units to meet heavy demand.

PureSafe believes that Dominick’s extensive experience, expertise, and long history of success will greatly assist in the global strategic rollout of their water purification units over the short, medium and long term. Dominick will provide the Company with capital markets and investment banking services, as well as advising on potential synergistic corporate transactions.

Leslie Kessler, CEO of PureSafe, commented on the appointment of Dominick and recent Company developments:

“Dominick & Dominick shares PureSafe’s strategic vision in globally deploying a water purification unit that is mobile, easily deployed, and is capable of treating all types of contaminated water.

Over the past 12 months we have moved from our R&D phase into our initial production phase, selling our first production units which are now successfully deployed in the field. During this time, our Company has started to rapidly transform, as the global water market realizes the multi-faceted applications of our product even outside of the disaster relief arena and use in 3rd world countries for treatment of contaminated water. Many of the groups contacting us for our product are involved in other sectors including oil & gas, mining, and agriculture, just to name a few. The fact that the unit is extremely mobile, easily deployed, can treat all types of contaminated water, and operated through a simple touch screen (even by untrained personnel), it truly allows our customers maximum flexibility. We currently have units on the ground in the oil & gas space, which is an area where we see an extraordinary opportunity for our units to greatly increase efficiency, while creating an environmentally responsible workplace.

We are excited about our new relationship with Dominick and believe that a firm with their insight and integrity can help us move into a position to take advantage of an extraordinary market opportunity. After 5 years of diligent research and development we are now poised to rollout globally PureSafe water purification units.”

Alex Seiler, CEO of Dominick & Dominick LLC stated,

“I was enormously impressed by the history and potential of PureSafe. We believe PureSafe is in an attractive position to make a major impact in the target markets that desperately need water purification systems, and the Company is on track to become a recognized global leader in the space.”

Plainview N.Y. February 13, 2013 - PURESAFE WATER SYSTEMS, INC. (OTCBB: PSWS) announces the signing of an exclusive worldwide sales and marketing agreement and an engineering package agreement.

Leslie Kessler CEO of PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (“PSWS”) is pleased to announce the signing of strategic agreements with Global Equipment Marketing, Inc. (“GEM”) and Engineering Technologies Group, Inc. (“ETG”) of Hopkinton, MA.

These Agreements will enable the Company to expedite worldwide sales and marketing, facilitate a value engineering approach to our high quality product, and enable more efficient production of our patented purification systems for shipment anywhere in the world. This relationship can create a solid foundation upon which PureSafe can build and develop for its future success.

Global Equipment Marketing, Inc. (“GEM”) and its affiliates have been in business for over 30 years distributing large scale production and process equipment including waste water treatment sold throughout the world. GEM, operating as PureSafe Water System Sales (PWSS), will establish a worldwide distribution network drawing from their existing dealer network, adding new dealers and representatives, and establishing direct sales and alliances where appropriate to distribute the PureSafe product.

ETG/Engineering Technologies Group, Inc. (“ETG”) is a full service engineering firm specializing in general equipment and process engineering, environmental services, and the design and supply of various engineered products. ETG will provide engineering services resulting in manufacturing specifications that will enable the PureSafe product to be more easily and efficiently manufactured, while maintaining a consistent high quality product. This program will also be the foundation for an ever-expanding line of water filtration products to meet the needs of world markets.”

Both GEM and ETG are investing significant resources towards this alliance with PureSafe that would not be the case if they were not convinced of the successful future that this alliance will bring forth.

Adam Seltzer, Managing Director of Dominick and Dominick, Investment Advisor to PureSafe commented: “This is a significant milestone for PureSafe. It has enabled the Company to engage two renowned firms that have significant experience and expertise on both the engineering side of the business, as well as the sales, marketing and distribution of equipment. This partnership is a major step forward and should allow PureSafe to expedite manufacturing in order to meet market demand. This relationship also gives PureSafe the ability to eventually roll-out its product worldwide without taking on the expenses of having direct sales, marketing, distribution and engineering costs “in house”. We expect that this model will allow the Company to maximize value using the expertise of GEM and ETG to enhance its water treatment technology and expedite distribution capabilities.”

Plainview, New York, August 11, 2011 – PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. Leslie Kessler, CEO announces the completion of the first two of a series of extended field trials.

The field trial program deploys the system in a real world environment to insure the system will reliably operate to its design specifications. These two trials were done with ocean water to test the de-salination capability, one of the most rigorous tasks of the treatment train.

The trials were completed over two separate weeks and involved 24 hr operation under the systems own power source. Samples were collected and key operating parameters were recorded. Laboratory tests show that the purified seawater meets or exceeds the EPA Primary and Secondary Drinking Water standards. "99% removal of sea salts and the elimination of Ecoli and Coliform bacteria from the source water are just two of the many successes we achieved during these trials said Rod Stoehr, COO.

"The results from the field trials in combination with the Gold Seal certification testing done with the WQA validates our treatment train on a variety of contaminants and shows that our system is capable of purifying water from any source, on a continuous basis, in remote locations" said Leslie Kessler, CEO.

Monday, June 14,/2010 - 03:09 — webmaster – CNBC'S "Liquid Assets: The Big Business of Water" will premiere on September 30, 2011 at 9:00 p.m. eastern time
    By: Erin Kitzie

"Liquid Assets: The Big Business of Water" will premiere on Thursday, September 30th at 9pm and will repeat that evening at 1am.

The show will also air on Sunday, October 3rd at 9pm.

With only 3 percent of the world's water existing as fresh water, nearly every continent in the world is feeling the affects of the global water crisis, and many lack the basic infrastructure needed for delivery. For some, it's the lack of clean drinking water. For farmers, it's the inability to feed the thirst of their valuable crops. Just as "easy oil" has dried up, fresh water has become more difficult to access and transport.

Many believe that this crisis could be the cause of wars, while others believe it is the business opportunity of a lifetime. Is water the same as air; free for everyone? Should there be a price put on every last drop of h2o? Is water the most under valued, under appreciated commodity the world has ever known?

We'll take you to the American West where seven states compete for the same water from the Colorado River Basin. How long can it sustain such a demand? In Alaska and Wisconsin, there is an abundance of water. How can they capitalize on their excess supply? Does Chile have the answer to the public vs. private water debate? We go to the south of Chile where water rights are bought and sold and to the north which is one of the driest place in the world.

Did you know it takes 300 liters of water to produce a mug of beer, 100 liters per glass of milk and 16,000 liters for every hamburger? What happens to the cost of doing business as the water supply gets more and more strained?

CNBC's Michelle Caruso-Cabrera explores those questions and more in the CNBC Original Production "Liquid Assets: The Big Business of Water."

Plainview, New York, May 11, 2010 – LeslieJ. Kessler, Chairman and CEO of PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. PureSafe's First Response Water System(FRWS) is designed specifically to meet on-site clean drinking water needs by First Responders and local citizens during natural and man-made disasters. PureSafe's FRWS can deliver up to 30,000 gallons per day of fresh, EPA-compliant water from "any source at any time" within30 minutes of reaching, by land or by helicopter, the affected scene. It can provide clean potable water for up to 45,000 people a day.

Ms. Kessler stated that this event is"significant for the First Responder Community as a turning point in the way Emergency Managers provide critical water supplies during emergencies in the U.S. and worldwide."
